How do I withdraw funds?
- Log in to your BetHog account and click the wallet icon in the bottom left sidebar (or your balance on mobile before clicking the wallet icon)
- Navigate to the Withdraw tab and select the cryptocurrency that you’d like to withdraw

- Optionally, you may choose any of the available networks to use for your withdrawal although we have the most common networks selected by default
- Enter the wallet address that you would like to transfer the funds to, ensuring the wallet address accepts the selected cryptocurrency
- Enter the amount that you wish to withdraw from your account and click “Withdraw” permitting all information you entered is accurate
- Withdrawals are typically processed the same day—and many of them are instant withdrawals—although we ask that you allow up to one (1) business day since some withdrawal requests are subject to our review
Are there minimum withdrawal amounts?
Yes, we have minimum withdrawal amounts specific to each of the different cryptocurrencies and if you deposit less than those minimums, the transaction won’t be completed by our third-party payment processor. These minimums are in place since the fees for deposits would otherwise be too high for those smaller deposits. You’ll find a complete list of those deposit minimums below:

Where is my withdrawal?
While most withdrawals are typically processed the same day—and many are instant withdrawals—some are subject to our review and we ask that you allow up to one (1) business day for receipt. In the meantime, or if you have not received your withdrawal after one (1) business day, we’d recommend the following steps:
- Checking your BetHog account to source of funds to ensure the deposit was successfully initiated and the amount was deducted from your balance;
- If it was successfully initiated, contacting Support@BetHog.com for further assistance
IMPORTANT: Please note that if an incorrect Wallet Address was entered or cryptocurrency was sent on unsupported chains, BetHog will not be able to retrieve those funds and is not liable for reimbursement.
Why is my withdrawal request blocked for bonus playthrough?
While players have any active bonuses, all withdrawal requests are temporarily restricted until the playthrough requirements are met. More details can be found in the Bonus Funds section of our FAQ. Players may request cancellation of any active bonus, which will permit withdrawals, by contacting Support@BetHog.com, however any remaining bonus will be forfeited.
