How do I deposit funds?

1. Log in to your BetHog account and click the wallet icon in the bottom left sidebar (or your balance on mobile before clicking the wallet icon)
2. On the Deposit tab, which typically opens by default, you may select the cryptocurrency that you’d like to deposit, and copy your unique Wallet Address for that cryptocurrency
   • BetHog currently supports Bitcoin [BTC], Ethereum [ETH], Tether [USDT], Solana [SOL], Binance Coin [BNB], Litecoin [LTC], Tron [TRX], USD Coin [USDC], and Ripple [XRP]
   • Please note that each cryptocurrency has a unique Wallet Address, meaning that your address for Bitcoin (BTC) will be different than your address for Solana (SOL)
   • Optionally, you may choose any of the available networks to use for your deposit although, we have the most common networks selected by default
3. Transfer the intended cryptocurrency to your unique Wallet Address
   • Deposits typically appear in your BetHog Wallet within a few minutes although processing times may vary

IMPORTANT: Please note that there are instances where an erroneous deposit cannot be retrieved and BetHog is not liable for reimbursement. Those instances include (i) if an incorrect Wallet Address was entered, (ii) cryptocurrency was sent on unsupported chains, and (iii) XRP was sent without an XRP Memo.

As part of our standard policy (required for anti-money laundering compliance and fair play), deposited funds must be played through at least once before withdrawal.

Where is my deposit?

While most deposits process within a few minutes, delays can occur due to some variables that include network congestion. If your deposit seems to be delayed longer than you’d expect, we’d recommend the following steps:

1. Checking the source of funds to ensure the deposit was successfully initiated;
2. If it was successfully initiated, verifying that the correct Wallet Address for your BetHog account was entered;
3. If successfully initiated and the correct Wallet Address for your BetHog account was entered, contacting Support@BetHog.com for further assistance

Are there minimum deposit amounts?

Yes, we have minimum deposit amounts specific to each different cryptocurrency and if you deposit less than those minimums, the transaction won’t be completed by our third-party payment processor. These minimums are in place since the fees for deposits would otherwise be too high for those smaller deposits. You’ll find a complete list of those deposit minimums below:
