How do each of the VIP Rewards work?
- Instant Rakeback: Credited shortly after any settled wagers throughout each day. It’s calculated based on expected RTP (Return to Player). Players will have 7 days to claim the reward before it expires.
- Daily Bonus: Credited each day at 12:00 AM EST. It’s calculated based on a combination of each player’s wagering results and expected RTP. Players will have 7 days to claim the reward before it expires.
- Weekly Bonus: Credited each Friday at 12:00 AM EST. It’s calculated based on a combination of each player’s wagering results and expected RTP. Players will have 7 days to claim the reward before it expires.
- Monthly Bonus: Credited on the first day of each month at 12:00 AM EST. It’s calculated based on a combination of each player’s wagering results and expected RTP. Players will have until the last day of each month to claim the reward before it expires.
- Level-Up Bonus: Credited shortly after reaching a new VIP Rewards level. It’s calculated based on expected RTP. Players will have 7 days to claim the reward before it expires.
- Tier-Up Bonus: Credited shortly after reaching a new VIP Rewards tier. It’s calculated based on expected RTP. Players will have 7 days to claim the reward before it expires.
What is rakeback?
- Rakeback is calculated based on the expected RTP (Return to Player) for various bet types. This means that outcome of wagers does not affect rakeback and it will be credited whether players win or lose. For example, if the expected RTP for a bet type (e.g. slot games) is 97%, the "rake" is 3% and players would receive a percentage of that rake credited back to their accounts.
Do I still receive XP and VIP Rewards when I’m playing with Bonus Funds?
- Yes! You’ll still receive VIP Rewards when playing with Bonus Funds. We count 50% of the Bonus Funds wagered for XP and VIP Rewards.
